Celebrate love in a unique setting, surrounded by the sacred energy of the Peruvian Andes. This Andean wedding is a spiritual and cultural experience where you and your partner will be blessed by an Andean priest in the middle of imposing mountains and millenary traditions. You will live a ritual full of symbolism, music, dances and offerings to the Pachamama, in a ceremony that unites hearts with the strength of nature and the ancestral wisdom of the Sacred Valley.

Itinerary

Day 1: Andean Spiritual Marriage Tour in the Sacred Valley of Cuzco

08:00 am – Hotel pick up (Cusco or Sacred Valley)
Our team will pick you up at 8:00 a.m. at your accommodation in Cusco or in the Sacred Valley, to go to the place where the wedding ceremony will take place, outside the city.

The objective is to reach a sacred space in the middle of nature, where the spiritual connection with Pachamama (Mother Earth) is established. The ceremony takes place in the community of Taucca, Chinchero, within the majestic Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Upon arrival, the bride and groom will be warmly welcomed by the local community, amidst chants, dances and traditional melodies. As a welcoming gesture, bouquets of flowers and muña tea will be handed out.

Afterwards, the couple will receive typical costumes for the celebration. The rite will be led by an Andean priest (paq’o or shaman), who through prayers and offerings to the apus (spirits of the mountains) will ask for prosperity and blessings for the spouses.

After the spiritual bonding, an offering will be made to the Earth, where the best wishes and energies are concentrated, in harmony with Mother Nature.

Finally, the community will share a traditional lunch in honour of the union as part of the celebration.

After the festive lunch, we will start our return trip to Cusco.
